Tooth Extract Now Swollen Recent Tooth Extract Problem!?

Recent tooth extract problem!? - tooth extract now swollen

Okay
I have braces and had a higher incidence of left lasted 6 years and a lower molar left again exposed to 3 days. (Thursday now), it is Saturday and the pain became more intense. I took ibuprofen every 4 hours and I have noticed pain in the night. The area around the tooth was swollen and red gums. Is this dry socket or something.
